Privacy notice

We collect account identifiers and email, documents and fields you choose to process or save, generated files and audit information, subscription and billing identifiers, support messages, and limited security and service logs. Stripe receives payment details directly; M-Docs does not store full card numbers.

We use this information to authenticate customers, process and return documents, enforce plan limits, provide downloads and billing access, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and maintain product reliability. We do not sell personal information.

M-Docs uses service providers for hosting, account and application data, billing, email, and enabled cloud document-processing features. Cloud documents may be transmitted to the processing providers needed for the feature you select. Do not upload classified information, CUI, regulated records, or material you are not authorized to process through the public beta.

We retain account, subscription, document, audit, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect the system, and meet legal obligations. Use the Support page to request access, correction, deletion, or a privacy review. Some billing, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system is risk-free. M-Docs is a business product and is not directed to children under 13.
