Terms of service

M-Docs assists with document preparation and verification workflows. It does not replace legal, accounting, contracting, compliance, or professional review. You remain the final approver and are responsible for source accuracy, submission decisions, permissions, and compliance with the rules that apply to your work.

Paid plans renew at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel through the billing-management link in your signed-in account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current paid period.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Nuko will review requests involving duplicate billing, failure to deliver purchased access, or refunds required by law. Submit the request through Support and keep the returned reference number.

You may process only material you are authorized to use. Do not upload malware, infringe rights, evade plan or security controls, interfere with the service, or use the public beta for classified information or CUI. Nuko may suspend access needed to protect customers, the service, or legal obligations.

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change as defects are corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuko disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions, billing disputes, and notices should be submitted through the Support page so they receive a durable reference.
